WHO ARE PICKLEBALL PEOPLE?
We are Nic, Rob and Rachel, pickleball enthusiasts based in the UK. We are good friends who have come together through our joint passions of fitness, having fun and giving back! Our aim is to grow pickleball in the UK by inspiring people to take up the sport and provide them with the necessary equipment to enjoy and improve their game. We have an online shop and a pop-up shop, which we will take to your club, festival or tournament. In addition to this, we run pickleball clubs and group coaching sessions.
No matter if you’re a first-time player or an obsessed pickler, Pickleball People provides everything you need!

I’m passionate about helping our picklers to enjoy their game and to improve and develop. I offer advice on paddles, including offering opportunities to “try before you buy” where we can, I research the latest products coming to the market to ensure we are offering you the best range and I liaise with other pickleball clubs and organisers on competitions and festivals

With my background in retail and customer care, my role is to find the best deals for our customers when it comes to paddles and other equipment and merchandise. I look after the “People” side of Pickleball People, organising our clubs and coaching programme, keeping in touch with our regular picklers and welcoming new enquiries. I am a firm believer that pickleball and other sports are good for our mental and physical wellbeing and I’m here to help you with advice on venues and training.

HAROLD.
For over 40 years, I was a PE teacher determined to bring the best out of enthusiasts and give the less enthusiastic the chance to experience the joys of play from sports participation. My interests are in playing, coaching and session content to help our people to be the best pickleballers they can be. My moto is, "If it's not fun, it's not pickleball."
