Deliveries, Refunds & Return Information


UK deliveries

Pickleball People offers several delivery options. Delivery prices are calculated once items are placed in the basket. Any additional delivery instructions (e.g. ‘leave parcel with a neighbour’) can be added in the order comments section.

Pickleball People usually uses a courier service for its deliveries and charges £3.50 for all orders under £75 on the UK mainland. Free delivery is offered on all orders over £75 and this discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Items are usually dispatched within 2 days and delivery can take a further 5 days to addresses on the UK mainland. If the delivery address is in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man, or the Republic of Ireland, please expect a longer delivery time and a higher delivery charge.  

You may need to sign for your delivery. If you are not required to sign for your delivery and you you are not in, the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place (such as a letter box, porch, garage, greenhouse, etc) and will take a photograph for their (and our) record. At this point, it is the recipient's property. Where there is dispute regarding delivery, the photograph will be obtained as proof of delivery. If the parcel goes missing after delivery, Pickleball People will not be held responsible.


International deliveries

Orders delivered to locations outside of the UK will be sent via an international courier, depending upon the size and weight of the items ordered. If the delivery of an order to any country outside of the UK is refused for any reason, we will not be liable for any customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes incurred by the attempted delivery of that order. All additional charges will be billed to the customer who placed the order.


Refund & returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pickleballpeople.co.uk and send your item to: 3 Cemetery Road, Market Drayton, Shropshire, England, TF9 3BD.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3 Cemetery Road, Market Drayton, Shropshire, England, TF9 3BD.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
